We are hiring a Digital Commerce Engagement Director for any location, with the option of telework!

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing B2B projects from conceptualization, requirements and solution design, through production delivery. The candidate will be responsible for the overall solution design to meet the business objectives, and for guiding a team through the build, test, and deployment phases. The candidate will be responsible for establishing key executive-level relationships to guide and influence their decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.

Through user story definition, logical data model design, functional system design, and best-practice methodologies, you will have overall responsibility for the solution design and architecture of enterprise-level B2B commerce and related technology projects from inception through production support. You will be responsible for providing industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders and identifying areas of product growth.

Specific Experience:

  • Experience in enterprise-level B2B commerce projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success

  • Expert level understanding of Cloudcraze/Salesforce B2B Commerce and ancillary technologies

  • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes

  • Experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce platforms with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Community/Experience Cloud is preferred

  • Extensive experience with workflows, data validation, and security controls

  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed B2B commerce system and functional designs

  • Strong understanding of database design and system architecture principles

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Graduate degree preferred

  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer

  • Must meet skills and experience mentioned above in Specific Experience

  • 6+ years direct experience in software development life cycle

  • 4+ years experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation

  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce software solutions

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills

  • Must be a team player as demonstrated through a customer qualification of a large scale/enterprise implementation with multiple workstreams

  • Must present a solution scenario to an Acumen Solutions interviewer, as provided during the interview process

LI-Y

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $140,300.00. You may also be entitled to receive incentive compensation , bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
