Salesforce Commerce Cloud Functional - Manager
Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions.
Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.
You understand what it takes design and make complex Salesforce eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way.
Work you'll do
You'll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating workingsessions to gain an understanding of the client's current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows.
If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value ofSFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps
Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects

7+ years of IT experience
3+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) -
Experience facilitating functional discovery workshops
Experience with training of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
Experience with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
Experience with implementing payment processing features
Experience with Integration of consumer-facing supplemental ecommerce service providers
Ability to travel 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Experience with Agile delivery methodology
Experience with end-to-end implementation delivery
Experience leading functional workstreams
Experience with technical strategy
Experience with team management
Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment
Experience with customizations for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems Integration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
