SHI Security Solutions Executive in Boston, Massachusetts
The Security Solutions Executive is responsible for the acquisition of net new security business within a given territory. They will proactively leverage SHI data, alongside partner information, toidentify and generate sales opportunities and meetings with security prospects through outreach activities and profiling accounts, and serve as a customer facing subject matter expert to build pipeline and close security deals.
This position reports to either the Austin, TX, unless the applicant is located outside of these areas. In this case, this position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Include, but not limited to:
Drive security growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into Enterprise security whitespace target accounts
Sales execution against new security logo KPIs and effective pipeline management
Serve as customer facing subject matter expert on security products, service offerings, and SHI’s capabilities to help customers select, deploy, adopt, and manage security technology
Proactively identify customer needs/requirements through data to recommend appropriate solution of products through cross-sell and up-sell motions
Engage with Enterprise sales and technical teams to initiate product sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and close open pipeline
Stay educated on new product technology, SHI capabilities and offerings, and security industry trends
Assist in training SHI Enterprise Sales on product offerings and how customers can benefit by using their core products
3+ years Sales experience and building sales pipeline
2+ years of direct security experience and expertise, selling and educating clients on security solutions
2+ years of experience prospecting new business in whitespace accounts
A linear, logical thinking style with ability to break down and solve difficult problems
Excellent communications skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
Keen business judgement
Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify value in an unstructured situation
Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization

- Position requires 15% travel
The estimated pay range for this position is $75,000 - $175,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
