Wayfair Senior Analyst, Global Order to Ship in Boston, Massachusetts
<p><strong>Must be ONSITE in Boston, MA (Monday - Thursday)</strong></p>
<p>Speed is top of mind for both our customers and our suppliers and is an important driver of sales conversion. Wayfair’s Global Order to Ship team is responsible for improving customer experience by driving global, cross-functional initiatives to accelerate network performance across Castlegate and dropship fulfillment.</p>
<p>Operating out of our Boston office, you will be working closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to identify & drive actual speed improvements globally. You will also lead initiatives to improve supplier dropship speed performance through close collaboration with Category Management.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage speed projects to improve actual order-to-ship / order-to-delivery speed globally. </li>
<li>Actively integrate data, leveraging analytics to scope and implement levers to drive speed & reliability globally, and create monitoring tools to track progress.</li>
<li>Build and nurture close partnerships with our Category Management team to ensure successful implementation of driven initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other global cross-functional partners to drive team goals including Operations, Services, GSCI & Transportation.</li>
<li>Coordinate peak planning initiatives for high volume events.</li>
<li>Monitor and troubleshoot key performance indicators of speed and take corrective actions.</li>
<li>Offer SME Speed Support for Category Management via slack, Infohub or required training.</li>
<li>Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to leadership.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.</li>
<li>2+ years of professional experience.</li>
<li>Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).</li>
<li>Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change.</li>
<li>Proven experience successfully operating in category management or operations, ideally with supplier-facing exposure.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (written, verbally & in person), someone who can translate complex data in a clear and concise manner to quickly build strong and trusting stakeholder partnerships.</li>
<li>Confidence in IT systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously. </li>
<li>An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast paced, ever-changing environment.</li>
