As the Senior Associate Brand Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be at the forefront of this new vision by developing and leading breakthrough customer communications and world-class experiences. You will be responsible for determining the best way to educate and nurture customers throughout their solar journey and across multiple touch points. With over 800,000 customers in long-term contracts, Sunrun has a responsibility to deliver incredible service to our existing customer base and develop a community of raving fans.

The marketing team primarily works remotely, so this position can be located anywhere within the United States. Some travel will be required for in-person meetings.   • Create and deploy brand communications to all customers throughout their purchase and service journey, collaborating with key cross-functional partners

  • Develop strategy, positioning, creative, content, and copy for customer communications, including email, SMS, print, and digital

  • Leverage consumer insights to develop effective marketing communication strategies that will drive customer loyalty and create raving fans

  • Develop ratings & review content and execution plans to improve customer experience and conversion

  • Work closely with the Consumer Insights team to uncover customer insights to better connect with and serve our customers along their journey

  • Partner with our digital marketing team and tech product manager to implement new communications tool solutions and automation campaigns

  • Report on key data metrics and provide actionable recommendations to better reach business objectives

  • Excellent presentation and influence skills with senior management

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • MBA optional

  • Minimum 5+ years experience

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed below. The starting salary for this opportunity ranges from $104,539 - $130,647.

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
