KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Health and Government Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Develop and implement Population Health Management Strategy and Transformation activities across planning/deployment, finance and risk management, operations transformation, systems integration and program development in the Healthcare industry
Provide engagement support through strategic analysis and identifying transformation priorities and risks
Design and optimize organizational governance and processes
Design and implement enterprise-wide analytics as it relates the population health management programs
Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management and resource allocation
A minimum of three years of experience consulting in the healthcare industry or experience working in an academic medical center, hospital or health system
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with medical practice management experience; RN and BSN desirable
Demonstrated knowledge of PCMH/PCSP programs and the related principles and guidelines preferred
Excellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills
Travel may be up to 80-100%
