<p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Wayfair’s Business-to-Business (B2B) &amp; Global Sales organization is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive our business and sales team strategy. This role is a part of Business Enablement / Revenue Operations and will directly support teams that drive large, complex customer projects. The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to accelerate sales/project team results through translating a deep understanding of workflow and KPIs into projects/actions that improve performance. We accomplish these goals through priorities such as weekly executive business reviews (WBRs), roadmap management, and short- to long-term projects that improve customer/seller/business outcomes.&nbsp;</span></p>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></h1>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deeply understand qualitative and quantitative trends in the business through sales team shadowing, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional engagement</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Host a weekly executive business review for the team(s) that you support, including managing follow-ups and action items</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide short-term operational support to improve team performance</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Example: action plan to address SLA underperformance</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Scope data requests for analytics teams to execute; interpret results and translate them into actionable steps or projects</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create short-term action plans to address underperformance and/or accelerate positive trends with clear steps, milestones and deliverables</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with cross-functional teams as needed to support project execution</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communicate updates and outcomes regularly to sales and partner teams</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in scoping and planning for initiatives that step from OKR/business priorities, including project plan development and cross-functional alignment</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive project and/or workstream execution, including hitting milestones, preparing and delivering stakeholder updates, incorporating feedback, and coordinating launches</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3+ years of experience in sales/business enablement, sales strategy &amp; operations, or similar roles</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Curiosity and eagerness to have an impact on the business, especially as it relates to sales operations, process improvement and automation</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience owning work plans or projects, including translating objectives into logical steps, defining and executing project plan (self and partners), managing stakeholders</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to interpret data analysis/reporting and translate into insights and recommendations</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders</span></li>
