The Senior Brand Marketing Manager helps identify and implement new opportunities for Tableau in the market. The BMM will help look at Tableau’s product innovations and key differentiators to explore new market opportunities, strategic storytelling, and elevation of Tableau’s industry leading technology. The role is crucial to elevating the value of the brand marketing team.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include…
Leverage audience insights to inform, design, and implement global brand marketing strategies, which include thought leadership narratives, to build brand awareness and consideration
Align with audience and product teams to align their initiatives with core brand pillars, brand materials, and brand strategy
Activate, develop, and nurture high-quality campaigns for major thought leadership and product launches that help Tableau break through in the marketplace
Launch brand strategy materials and hub for newly formed brand marketing team
Partner with Competitive Intelligence to perform market research, ongoing business tracking, and monitor and analyze brand health and key performance metrics
Gather data, formulate insights, and articulate verbally/in writing the strategic opportunities and issues that impact the business
Build brand marketing operations that elevate the brand marketing team
Work closely with creative and GTM teams to provide sound guidance and alignment on strategy and execution s, oversees, and signs off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to client guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy.
Who you are ...
Experienced . 7+ years B2B Brand strategy or Brand Research marketing. Experience using technology that supports building, planning, and implementing communications.
Domain. Expert storyteller and communicator. Business acumen and proven frameworks/methodologies
Leader. Mentor and experience leader of programs or teams
Passion and Conviction. Organizational, coordination, planning, and project/program management skills.
Excellent Communication. Verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
Go-Getter. Self-directed and resourceful. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Problem Solver. Ability to identify problems and raising issues at the right time.
Results Oriented. Strong work ethic with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Data-driven . Experience using technology that supports building, planning, and executing communications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $122,900. You may also be entitled to receive incentive compensation and benefits.
