Job Description

A mid-size Biotechnology company based in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the Commercial group to assist with a platform that connects doctors and samples together. The candidate will look at 3-4 systems, define the process, track the samples, and capture requirements. The BA will work with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations team to create a more fluid business process. The successful candidate will be able to readily translate needs into actionable epics, stories, and requirements for our Agile scrum development teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Become a trusted partner of product owners and developers (both internal and external)

• Respond in a timely manner to user requests and feedback

• Investigate and clearly translate these requests into actionable stories for developers

• Ensure template builds are aligned with project managers and product owners

• Clearly communicate and liaison between stakeholders and developers to refine and groom tasks

• Identify areas where our Sample Management and related technologies may offer new ways of accomplishing tasks (the art of what is possible)

• Understand scope and requirements and escalate to leadership when technical asks will shift timelines or expand scope.

Compensation:

$75/hour to $85/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of business analytics experience in the Life Sciences industry

• 1+ years of experience working with Direct to Practitioner Sample Management (DTP)

• Experience with Knipper (products or systems) or Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite)

• Cross functional experience working with Supply Chain, Sales Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial stakeholders * Pharma experience

• Past experience offering recommendations for process improvements null
