Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the consolidation of key metrics from different organizational pillar leads under the following data pillars: Software delivery performance, Application Security, Risk and Asset Inventory etc. The goal is to support management in making informed decisions within GWAM (Global Wealth and Asset Management) technology channels/portfolios and ensure alignment with organizational target OKRs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Assurance processes (Release, Change, Incident, Problem etc.) and its adherence to meet audit requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze the reporting requirements from segment leads

  • Develop and maintain reporting processes and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent data collection

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for remediation when targets are not met

  • Lead the integration of different systems and/or work with GWAM’s Data Lake to compile data for the Portfolio Health dashboard

  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with audit requirements, and drive continuous improvement in service assurance through PQA (Process Quality Assurance) checks

  • Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance on dashboarding/business intelligence requirements

  • Research and develop process and technical improvements for reporting solutions

  • Communicate insights and recommendations derived from reporting and analytics to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an Agile environment with 7 years of meaningful work experience

  • Ability to devise, develop and apply innovative technology to solutions that would benefit our end-users

  • Proficiency with UI design, PowerBI, Power Automate for data analysis, visualization tools and ability to optimize the report performance

  • Experience working with Azure Data Lake or similar technologies

  • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle with agile mindset and related tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)

  • Good understanding of service assurance principles and metrics, supporting PQA processes and meeting audit requirements

  • Significant experience with analytics, statistical models and structured problem-solving

  • Refined presentation and communication skills and expertise interfacing and communicating effectively with both engineers and executives.

  • Process automation experience is a plus

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,190.00 CAD - $171,210.00 CAD
