What We Need
The Senior Business Systems Analyst role will be supporting provider focused applications and initiatives touching those applications. The role involves overall support of identified applications, including but not limited to; understand the specifics of new and existing identified applications, the data moving through them and how the application works within Provider Operations to support the needs of a business operational team.
This role is eligible for our Flex persona.
Your Day to Day
Subject Matter Expert within the provider domain with a solid understanding of systems, business processes and teams within the domain.
Possess mid-level knowledge of data flows throughout the systems within the domain and the connectivity of the systems within the domain.
Build relationships with business partners, project managers and peers within the value stream and across Enterprise Technology that are consumers of / have a vested interest in identified applications.
Work with vendors to ensure software releases are on schedule. Ensure business awareness of a pending release and appropriate testing as needed. Work within an Agile framework on initiatives impacting systems.
Partner with product owners and project managers to ensure user stories are appropriately elaborated to support key initiatives.
Assist with backlog prioritization. Act as the intermediary between the business requirements / user stories and the technical resources to ensure technical design, development and unit testing meet the needs of the business -Accommodate ad hoc requests that will require research and collaboration with peers and other colleagues within and outside of ET

We’re Looking for:
Experience with Agile, Safe, and / or waterfall methodologies
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on knowledge of SQL, ETL and data modeling a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight timelines
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5 – 8 years systems or business analyst experience
Experience with healthcare industry, software development, data and systems
Certifications and experience that demonstrate your fit for this role

Salary Range: $96,840.00 - $118,360.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
