As a Senior Client Associate in Epsilon's Travel Vertical, you will be instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of key travel accounts. You will leverage Epsilon’s extensive data assets to develop and present innovative marketing solutions, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Achieve

In the role of Senior Client Associate for the Travel Vertical at Epsilon, your primary objective will be to manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts while strategically acquiring new customers within the Travel market.

You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and clients to deliver tailored marketing solutions. Leveraging Epsilon’s extensive data assets, you will develop and present value-driven marketing strategies that meet client objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:

  • Account Management & Acquisition: Manage existing accounts and acquire new customers within the travel markets. Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth from existing accounts and support new client acquisitions by developing and presenting value-driven marketing solutions utilizing Epsilon’s data assets across various channels.

  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, deliver compelling presentations, and lead the proposal drafting and negotiation processes.

  • Data & Digital Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Epsilon's data assets, digital solutions, and market trends to provide clients with cutting-edge marketing strategies.

  • Sales & Forecasting: Maintain Salesforce.com records, provide accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

  • Lead Generation: Contribute to lead generation campaigns and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the sales process.

  • Consult with clients, deliver winning presentations, and lead proposal drafting and negotiations.

  • Demonstrate expertise in data assets, digital solutions, and market trends.

  • Maintain Salesforce.com records, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams.

  • Foster relationships with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Contribute to lead generation campaigns and provide feedback for sales process improvement.

  • Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 5 - 7+ years of experience in the data industry, preferably in direct sales to travel accounts.

  • Marketing Technologies: Strong knowledge of marketing technologies and the ability to innovate for growth.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Business Development: Proven ability to drive business development plans and deliver effective presentations.

  • Omni Sales Strategies: Expertise in Omni sales strategies and execution.
