Oracle Senior Connected Client Accountable Executive in Boston, Massachusetts
Oracle Health is looking for a motivated Senior Connected Client Account Executive to help drive strategy and business development growth with targeted key accounts within small footprint clients across the US. This position will work closely with the Regional Director. This person will be assigned to accounts to help build relationships, business development, and manage and drive sales opportunities through selling, negotiate, close business, and manage ongoing relationship with clients. Project oversight for professional service engagements with the client and also responsible for ensuring cash payments are received in a timely manner. This role is the main client relationship owner for Oracle Health. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving sales, possess a strong need be able to demonstrate that they are responsive, adaptable, results, and ownership oriented.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
5 or more years of healthcare sales and/or consulting experience with preferred sales experience
High energy, self-starter mentality
Preferred Client management sales experience
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Displays above average customer orientation skills.
Above average analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong presentation skills
Has superior communication skills to complete complex sales cycles and provide clarity to any problem resolution situation.
Cerner experience preferred but not required.
Ability to travel up to 25% time.
Bachelor-level academic degree
Manage the overall client relationship and advocate for the client
Build and maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization and partnerships with c-suite executive leadership
Build sales pipeline by finding opportunities for existing Oracle Health portfolio as well as positioning broader Oracle offerings such as OCI and Fusion.
Oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction
Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed
Continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship
Plan and participate in strategic road mapping sessions and propose solutions and services tailored to the clients needs and vision
Develop and advance opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to meet quarterly sales quotas
Manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions
Handle partner concerns and track to issues requiring executive attention to resolution
Work across and with several engaged teams as the unifying force for the client’s success
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range: from $65,200 to $104,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
