Corvus Insurance Senior Customer Success Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Corvus is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to be our first CS hire and help us build the CS function at Corvus.

We are a dynamic team of entrepreneurial professionals with backgrounds in insurance and technology creating a commercial insurance company that combines the latest technology with traditional insurance. We have raised $14 million in venture capital funding from Bain Capital Ventures, 406 Ventures and Hudson Structured Capital Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build the Customer Success function at Corvus

  • Engage commercial insurance brokers with regular interactions to help them derive maximum value from Corvus

  • Collaborate with other Corvids to increase broker engagement

  • Define broker success metrics and then the activities to help drive broker success

  • Gather user experience feedback and work with other Corvids to prioritize and implement feedback

  • Drive engagement with Corvus' products by leading training & education sessions and developing case studies and other marketing content

  • Help to build and grow the Customer Success function by thinking creatively about new and existing processes, identifying ways that the team can be more effective, and putting those ideas into action

  • Proactively find and implement new strategies to improve customer value from our products and leverage new products and features to help our customers achieve their core business objectives

  • Deliver “delight” moments to customers by exceeding customer expectations

  • Resolve broker inquiries

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably at an early-stage tech startup

  • Passionate about customer success and experience

  • Self-starter attitude, eagerness to take initiative to identify and execute creative solutions to challenges

  • Willingness to get in the weeds when necessary to deliver the best outcomes for customers

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues

  • Embrace challenges and change

  • You're comfortable working at a startup and can contribute to help us establish a positive company culture

  • You collaborate well with others and are dedicated to the company's success
