The ideal candidate will be an experienced data/digital analyst to build our digital reporting from the ground up including building segments, reporting, and dashboards. The data will range in systems from numerous sources (including, but not limited to, digital, offline, sales, revenue, data science, BI, CRM).

Curiosity, critical-thinking, and persistence are key in this role. Self-assessment and a continual growth mentality are mandatory, as the analytics field constantly changes (i.e. search engine algorithms, social media, new tools and methods, etc.). You also enjoy sharing your knowledge via brainstorming, mentorship or documentation of standard methodologies from analytics perspectives. You strive for efficient, quality work and continual improvements; but you also know that perfection is the enemy of good and are comfortable supplying insights and recommendations with 80% complete/directional data.

Responsibilities :

  • Enable business partners through documentation of techniques, standard methodologies, conducting training sessions, etc.
