Wayfair Senior Executive Assistant, Marketing Organization in Boston, Massachusetts
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the United States, has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day activities for members of our Marketing Leadership team. This is an amazing opportunity for the right detail-oriented individual to help support our marketing leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration and be a key contributor to the culture of the team. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wayfair’s team of Executive Assistants support and manage the day-to-day activities for senior leaders across the organization. These activities include, but are not limited to, scheduling and coordinating meetings & events, handling travel arrangements, performing personal tasks and act as a liaison for visiting executives and large corporate investors. This is a unique and highly-visible opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their career as an executive assistant and make an impact on the team. </span></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Day-to-day coordination for the leaders you support </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactive calendar management, with the ability to see around corners and prioritize meetings, remove scheduling conflicts and collaborate across the team to help drive efficiency </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate on-site meeting logistics </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support your leaders with travel arrangements, both international and domestic. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interact with key internal and external stakeholders, investors and other C-Level individuals in a professional manner</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that your leaders business expenses are submitted in a timely manner </span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be an advocate for the team to people outside the company, including marketing partners. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as point person for visiting executives and large corporate investors</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a reliable resource for your leader as ad-hoc meetings or activities arise </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bring a one team mentality, and act as a back-up for other admins as needed</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of experience as AA/EA for senior-level executives</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to be assertive and give push-back as needed</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and forward-thinking capabilities</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and situations before they are fully developed</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible and able to handle ad hoc issues that may arise outside of core business hours</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s Degree</span></li>
