This role will primarily be focused on leading and managing the Technical Program Management team for the Business Operations team. Business Operations team (as part of Revenue Operations under Finance) supports the Product & Pricing, Partner, and Q2C operations. Our vision and goal of this newly formed team is to lead and optimize our programs, processes, data governance, and engagement models to scale our business.

This position requires problem solving, attention to detail, superb project management skills, ability to influence stakeholders, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent communication skills. You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that manages M&A early assessments, strategic program development, auto provisioning program, policy & procedure management, project management best practices, and outside vendor resourcing

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment to address tactical issues, dependencies, and milestones

  • Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that prevents other teams on delivering goals

  • Provide monthly program reviews and updates to leadership

  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and learning

  • Create and manages project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success

  • Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects & programs while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project/program

  • Initiate programs by leading alignment on program scope, release planning, aligning one or more teams on vision, business goals, creating program structure, and securing cross-functional support

  • Understand business processes surrounding product, quote to cash, and contract lifecycle management; the flow of data within and between processes, and recommends process improvements

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of project and program management experience; previous consulting/advisory experience a plus

  • 2+ years managing a team with diverse skill sets

  • PMP Certification, Salesforce Certification a plus

  • Experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean or other process improvement methodologies

  • Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

  • Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program

  • Strong organizational and people management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as proven relationship-management skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels, including senior executive levels

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation

  • Capacity to rapidly identify issues, communicate immediately and effectively, and work to resolution

  • Extreme attention to detail

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $122,900. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
