Sales & Pricing Performance (S&PP) provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.

You will be a part of a growing team/function, as we are adding 40 new positions this year in Sales Support and the M&A Practice. Globally, we are adding over 100 positions in North America
Your role will interact with Senior Executives and Stakeholders
Excitement of selling M&A services without having the burden and pressure of delivering the work
Position is 100% Remote. Occasional domestic/international travel opportunities to meet clients/Senior Executives according to business needs
This role is responsible for creating winning proposals to sell Accenture’s M&A offerings, which range from target screening, due diligence, merger integration and carve outs/divestitures. Customer facing experience delivering M&A consulting projects is the type of “M&A Delivery” experience needed for this role to be an effective advisor to the Sales team.
Manage relationships with M&A North America service/industry/function leadership, ideally serving as the first call the deal teams make when they need sales support
Support Topic Advisors to qualify leads and create winning proposals for M&A
Work with M&A leadership to help target and deliver active origination for deals
Conduct research to identify qualified sales leads for a M&A North American service/industry/function
Lead and collaborates with deal teams through storyboarding sessions to align on the right response and messaging for pursuits, and in developing first conversation, proposal, and oral presentation materials
Work with Offering Development to maintains a repository of the latest sales assets (e.g., credentials, proposals, resumes, etc.) for a North American service/industry/function
Connect with internal organizations (e.g., OD, HR, Research, Knowledge, etc.) to drive synergy across pursuit support efforts and sales materials development
Help build and maintain practitioner community playbook
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting and/or leading merger integration or divestitures or delivering/selling M&A consulting projects/services within a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role in a major corporation
Flexibility to mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit (MUs) or according to business needs
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working in Private Equity (PE)
Experience in Professional Services, Proposal Development/Proposal Management, Project Planning, Project Management or Project Execution
Experience working on both operational and strategic projects
Experience leading cross-functional teams, framing, designing and executing solutions for challenging business situations
Successful track record working effectively in a virtual work environment
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $159,516 - $263,399 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
