What you'll bring:

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong consulting, implementation, architectural design, and use case requirement analysis skills and experience in the enterprise voice and video space

  • Proven experience with SIP protocol/applications/interfaces; detailed knowledge of SIP RFC 3261 and other complementary RFCs

  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers is a mandatory requirement

  • Experience with additional Oracle CGIU products such as Enterprise Operations Monitor, Oracle Communications Converged Application Server is a major asset

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Unified Communications products and solutions

  • Knowledge and experience of data communications concepts including network architecture, ENUM, DNS, TCP/IP, SNMP, NTP, SCTP and troubleshooting

  • Candidate must possess impeccable communications skills (verbal and written) and strong customer management skills

  • CCNA or equivalent IP networking certification preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 1-3 years consulting experience preferred

  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients

  • Ability to travel as needed

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
