Job Description:
Responsible for managing, enhancing and developing Retirement products. Provides innovative value propositions and product solutions that address needs of the affluent and high net worth customer. Develops and maintains product's strategic plan and project performance metrics and forecasts. Understands and communicates gaps in product offerings and develops action plans. Has experience in financial services industry and demonstrates key strengths in product management, product development, and strategic marketing.
About the Role:
As a Senior Retirement Product Manager, you will lead strategy, product development and execution efforts across our Workplace Benefits products / solutions for small and mid-sized companies. You will have the opportunity to lead growth projects, drive business transformation and deliver compelling new capabilities to millions of Bank of America customers and help them to achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategy for Workplace Benefits for small & mid-Sized companies
Identify and generate opportunities in target markets for workplace benefit solutions
Promote the Workplace Benefits products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Develop key performance indicators and monitor progress to ensure goals are met
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop high quality Go-to-Market strategies and product positioning
Understand the competitive landscape and assess client needs to identify strategic opportunities
Construct full product vision, multi-year roadmap and strategy to launch initiatives
Lead and manage cross functional teams throughout the various phases of strategy and product launches
Required Skills:
2+ years of leading and managing large scale complex initiatives
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work and hit targets with limited supervision
Experience working through challenges independently and developing clear actionable plans
Exceptional critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
Able to lead diverse cross functional teams and demonstrated success in moving initiatives from “white board” to the marketplace
