Boston University SENIOR SECURITY ASSISTANT, AUX Office of Housing, Residence Safety in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Sr. Security Assistants monitor access of residents and guests to the large residences on campus. They notify the proper authorities in the event of an emergency such as fire, crime, or medical problems. Sr. Security Assistants must remain alert to their surroundings at all times. They act as front line representatives of the University and therefore, customer service is very important.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.

  • One to three years of experience as a security assistant or related experience working with the public.
