Chewy is hiring a Workday Integration Developer III for our HR Systems Workday team. The ideal candidate will have extensive and diverse experience building and maintaining Workday Integrations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information

• Identify, assess, and solve sophisticated business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functions, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding

• Work with business to analyze, research, debug and resolve production related issues within the Workday suite of modules

• Opportunity to optimize Workday technology for our business through assessments, process improvements and optimization of technology

• Implementation of Workday technology improvements that enable additional business value

• Lead integration testing activities associated with 2x year Workday release

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• 5 + Years of Experience in Workday environment with a focus on Workday Integrations

• Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Workday

• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, launch, testing).

• Experience in leading a design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables.

• Experience in dealing with XML and JSON data structures

• Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD

• Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST API’s

• Familiar with ServiceNow and Jira

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Workday Integrations certification preferred
