Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf

courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily invoicing while being detail oriented with all completed work orders.

• Assist Station Manager in performing accurate and on time EOM close reports.

• Submit biweekly productivity reports.

• Submit all monthly inspections and preventive maintenance documents before deadlines.

• Perform data entry into customers maintenance systems as required.

• Communicate with our customers about any problems with their system (i.e. scheduling).

• Submit requests for new employees to be added into multiple systems for billing.

• Submit requests for new units to be added into multiple systems for billing.

• Attend annual courses to serve as an authorized signatory on the company’s behalf.

• Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site specific authorities.

• Collect necessary information and documents for aerodrome permits annually.

• Order and organize office materials and maintain a clean office environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred

• Years of Experience: 5 or more years relevant experience required

• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, EBIS, SAP, Salesforce
