Cornerstone onDemand Services Operations Analyst - Remote (United States) in Boston, Massachusetts

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Services Operations Analyst to join the Global Business Operations team.  The Services Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing global partner resourcing, invoicing/billing, and leading multiple initiatives across different functional areas associated with the partner network.  The Services Operations Analyst will also be responsible for managing programs and back-end operations across multiple CSOD product lines. This individual should have technical capabilities to administrate systems and enable business intelligence throughout the operations practices.  Collaboration in this role means partnering with the Partner Service Managers, Operations, Services, Finance, and Technology teams to coordinate key aspects of the on-boarding and service delivery process. The Services Operations Analyst will also manage the day to day activities of new project creation and expertise of our PSA tool.

In this role you will…

  • Design innovative solutions to support Services/Partner Operations business and enable global resourcing across North America, EMEA, APJ and emerging markets using Operational Excellence principles .

  • Conduct end-to-end analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across process, people, and technology; specific to global delivery and partner operations.

  • Help set and refine goals with regards to partner operations and global resourcing with both external/internal leaders; ensuring a simple solution at scale.

  • Work collaboratively cross divisionally and within the partner network.

  • Manage/lead relationships with external stakeholders to ensure global financial compliance across PO/PFAs, provide guidance to Partner Service Managers, and ensure Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool administration is operational.

  • Deploy design solutions for short (quick hits), medium (process changes), and long-term (e.g., automation) across delivery and partner operations to ensure consistent, efficient operations at scale .

  • Influence project objectives and direction with Company leaders .

  • Leverage technical capabilities to orchestrate and drive solutions involving systems and process changes to improve the delivery of services to clients and to enable business intelligence .

  • Lead global assignment reporting for both internal and external delivery teams.

  • Structure and build out complex reporting needs and deliver presentations.

  • Lead the processing of customer agreements, interpret contract matter, take appropriate action to provision necessary changes with internal stakeholders and partners.

    You have what it takes if…

  • You have a bachelor's degree ideally or equivalent experience

  • You have 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • You are excellent at analytical problem-solving across people, process, and technology

  • You have experience with various PSA solutions (experience with Mavenlink a plus)

  • You are a polished communicator with excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of leadership.

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player and can work collaboratively across multiple functions with virtual and global team members.

  • You can establish positive working internal/external relationships.

  • You have outstanding organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and relationship skills conducive to collaboration; able to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

  • You can innovate in a fast-growing work environment and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • You have strong professional etiquette and the ability to provide support both internal and external clients.

  • You have strong leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion to teach, while also demonstrate openness to learning from others.

  • You have demonstrated comfort working with technology; SaaS experience preferred .
