Smart Lunches Partner Success Manager
Smart Lunches is the leading lunch delivery service to millions of children at hundreds of schools, childcares, and summer camps that do not have an onsite lunch service. We provide a valuable enhanced service to the school, convenience and nutritional security to the parents, and a hot, tasty lunch to the students. Parents use our web portal to order their child?s lunch from our daily menu, our local catering partners create the customized meal for each child, and our team of Ambassadors hand deliver each meal to our school partners before lunchtime. We?re an energized, passionate group of people who believe in the value of feeding children well ? and by so doing, taking a huge burden off the parents and the schools.
Engage with our school and childcare partners as their main point of contact, ensuring a successful relationship and happy, well-fed kids
Launch new partners with strong communications and promotions, driving high order volume out of the gate
Own existing partner utilization for assigned accounts, creating and maintaining a thriving business
Identify and solve both partner and parent concerns and problems to drive loyalty
This position is in the Smart Lunches offices in Boston, MA (Copley Square). Compensation will be $45K base salary plus bonus. The company offers health care, vacation and stock options. Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Experience in a customer-facing role
Great interpersonal and communication skills, able to create strong relationships quickly
Strong creativity and problem-solving orientation
Able to work in a dynamic, small-company environment, always identifying and adapting to customer needs
Able to problem-solve with both parents and school / childcare partners
