Randstad is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team for a large financial firm. This individual will play a key role in the development and execution of cross-platform social media strategies to enhance the firm's presence and engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our brand values.

salary: $33 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Develop Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to plan and execute cross-platform strategies, including advising on platform selection, content, ad formats, and targeting.

• Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and agency relationships.

• Content Creation: Write engaging, jargon-free social media posts that simplify complex financial concepts while maintaining brand tone.

• Campaign Execution: Manage the entire process from planning through compliance submissions to final delivery across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube).

• Performance Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports, providing insights and identifying optimization opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal marketing partners and compliance teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows.
