Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated Social Media Manager in Boston, Massachusetts. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and managing cross-platform social media strategies, ensuring our brand's consistent and engaging presence across various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate cross-platform social media strategies that include advisement on content, platforms, timing, ad formats, and targeting.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned projects, campaigns, and pitches, coordinating with internal groups and external agencies.
• Lead project management efforts, encompassing content planning, copywriting, compliance submission, and execution.
• Drive the execution of campaigns and initiatives to deliver maximum value to our clients, prospects, and interested parties, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery.
• Coordinate the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for campaigns and initiatives in alignment with scope requirements.
• Review reporting and identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and expansion of campaigns.
• Exhibit superior written and oral communication skills to break down complex financial services content into engaging, jargon-free social media posts, while upholding brand integrity.
• Utilize CRM platforms such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite to manage and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an active and informed presence on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta X, and YouTube, staying abreast of current trends and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with marketing partners and compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
Requirements • Must possess strong skills in reporting, ensuring clear and concise delivery of essential information.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, including campaign planning and brand awareness.
• Proficiency in providing training to team members and stakeholders.
• Strong planning and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance procedures in the realm of social media and financial services.
• Proven ability in conducting reviews and optimization of social media platforms.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and CRM systems.
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in managing relationships with partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in using different social media channels including LinkedIn and other web apps.
• Experience in submission of reports and other relevant documents.
• Comfortable working with 'About Time' software or similar project management tools.
• Keen understanding of brand awareness strategies in relation to social media platforms.
