Responsibilities
Developed requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
Provided strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff
Provided detailed analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
Consulted with clients to define needs or problems
Supervised studies
Lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements:
Secret Security clearance
10 years of DoD weapons system acquisition and software cost analysis and estimating experience, demonstrating progressively more responsible assignments.
BS/BA with 21 semester hours in quantitative analysis courses, plus three (3) semester hours of Calculus.
