Description We are seeking a Software Developer located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in a telecom provider setting, where you will be responsible for designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs. You will also be involved in preparing technical design specifications, reviewing functional requirements, analysis and design documents, and collaborating with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug and document system and application programs

• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents

• Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and provide feedback

• Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency

• Participate in architecture design and code reviews

• Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the specified software application

• Utilize skills in documentation, design, Java, R Code, SDLC, Debug Application, Code Review, Design Documents, SailPoint, and System Level to perform tasks

• Provide expertise in Technical Design Specification Requirements • Proficiency in Java and R code programming languages

• Demonstrated experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to debug applications and perform thorough code reviews

• Expertise in the creation and maintenance of technical design specifications

• Proven track record in the design and development of software systems

• Familiarity with SailPoint software is beneficial

• Experience in creating detailed design documents

• Strong understanding of system level design and architecture

• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality in all work, including documentation

• Proven matter expertise in software development and design
