The CSG Strategic Customer, Product and Partner Engagement team is a catalyst for significantly changing the speed and trajectory of a Customer’s success by augmenting Salesforce field teams. We perform strategic engagements with Customers and Partners and work to develop best practices for implementation and ongoing success.

We're seeking a Co-Op to perform a 6 month data analysis and automation project working alongside our standardization program. The standardization program ensures that all team members within our group work at top efficiency by having tools and insights into their activities and that our leadership understands where we are having impact. This assignment will enable the right candidate to gain operational fluency in using Salesforce, noted as one of the fastest growing job skills on the planet.

Job responsibilities:

  • Learn the basics of Salesforce through Trailhead and seek Admin certification during the 6 month assignment.

  • Develop automation processes to improve our teams operational activities.

  • Perform data analysis tasks such as gathering, compiling data, and performing statistical analysis.

  • Support Documentation and Implementation of Processes and Data Models

Experience/Skills Required:

  • A second semester Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university, preferable majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, etc.

  • Previous internship experience desired

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

  • Technical and/or functional aptitude

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Position Requires:

  • A strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated sense of acting with urgency.

  • Team player who can both take direction and work independently

  • A “hustle” mindset - the desire to think and act in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
