What you bring
Associates Degree Required
3-8 years administrative experience in supporting an executive(s).
Technical: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, typing and dictation proficiency.
Technical: Experience creating high-quality presentations applying PowerPoint/Keynote and reports using Excel is strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Strong calendar leadership skills.
Strong work ethic and able to lead multiple tasks.
Ability to work optimally in a team environment.
Validated interpersonal skills and ability to get along with all levels of management, internally and externally.
Detail oriented with phenomenal accuracy.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support our VP of Strategy and Controller. With talents such as problem solving, organization, communication, time management and more, this person will help fuel the success of the strategy and controlling teams.
What you will work on
Calendar management for strategy and controlling leaders and key meetings.
Assure that all logistics associated with travel, meetings or other events are in place in advance of the event.
Prepare information packages for meetings and presentations.
Attend meetings, take notes, track, and share decisions and actions that emerge.
Prepare expense reports.
Pay, when authorized, bills, invoices or other expenses associated with executive or office business activities.
Develop and maintain a project and activity system to ensure that all deadlines and obligations are met as scheduled.
Assist the VPs in onboarding details for direct reports.
Coordinate events that contribute to team building and bonding.
Be point of contact for all day-to-day office matters.
Order/maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with other one-off requests such as IT assistance, etc.
Acts as a member of the administrative team. This includes providing coverage for other assistants as needed.
Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to evaluate office operations and potential improvements.
Maintain the Corporate Calendar
Assistance with major corporate breakthrough meetings, executive leadership team offsites, and long-term project support
Presentation design support for key strategic topics and strategic planning materials
Coordination of financial reporting deliverables and other audit support for the Controller’s group
