Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success Design (CSD), the Senior Business Manager, Customer Success Design will lead the drive for strategic and operational excellence within the CSD team. This role is crucial in strategy development, fostering collaboration and communication, and accelerating the execution of projects. The ideal candidate excels in using human-centered practices, contributes to design-led strategy, and actively shares their knowledge to influence and shape the company.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a spirit of collaboration and open communications across CS Design

  • Continuously improve and iterate on operational processes and standards

  • Champion the story of the CSD team across Autodesk

  • Facilitate and teach new human-centered processes, driving adoption across disciplines

  • Build and lead highly effective teams to drive system-level experience architecture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, acting as a sounding board and proxy when needed

  • Manage the organization's strategic roadmap and portfolio, tracking initiatives, and managing stakeholder updates and program communications

  • Agenda development and facilitation for leadership meetings & workshops

  • Plan and lead strategic projects and programs, including cross-company collaboration

  • Track and communicate organization OKRs

  • Lead the PMO for the Customer Sucess Design portfolio

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 + years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects and/or programs across teams or organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA may be an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience in project management and governance

  • A deep understanding of theoretical foundations, emerging trends, and cutting-edge techniques in human-centered design

  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
