Frontier Medicines Sr. Compound Management Associate in Boston, Massachusetts
Frontier Medicines is seeking a highly motivated individual for our Sr. Compound Management Associate position. The successful candidate will be accountable for the storage, retrieval, and distribution of compounds for biological assays as well as chemical building blocks for compound synthesis and QC. The position is located in our Boston/Seaport location.
Requirements
What will you be doing?
Manage the receipt and storage of compounds and samples
Fulfill weekly and ad hoc compound requests for internal scientists from multiple disciplines
Coordinate shipping of samples to external partners
Maintain an accurate inventory using Titian Mosaic
Participate in weekly meetings with the Compound Management teams in Boston and South San Francisco
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related discipline required
Four+ (4+) years of applicable experience within the life sciences industry
Hands-on experience in compound management and an excellent understanding of underlying processes desired
Experience with automation instrumentation/infrastructure a plus
Exquisite attention to detail
Effective time-management and communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the US

At Frontier we strive to build a diverse and equitable workplace. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
