Salesforce's Labs team is seeking a passionate Salesforce Labs Program Sr. Manager/Director to join the AppExchange team on our mission of enabling and empowering employees to create solutions to solve customer business challenges. We inspire customers to adopt and grow their use of the Salesforce Customer 360 with our free and innovative Appexchange solutions.

We are looking for a passionate program manager who can connect with our customer Trailblazers and Cloud GMs on the power of the Salesforce Labs program. This role will own and drive the programs around the success of the Salesforce Labs program, including leading company-wide initiatives like product Adoption, Customer Success, and AppExchange adoption. This role requires deep collaboration with our Leadership, Product, Employees, Legal, and other partnering organizations across the company. You will get the opportunity to inspire our employee and customer community through program activities and marketing content.

The right candidate is a self-starter who drives action and results; is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution, demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted adviser for the Salesforce Labs program and our internal partners.

  • Work with Cloud GMs and product team to map out white space for new Lab solutions.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of technical and marketing resources to scale the program, both internally and externally.

  • Analyze key metrics and build them into reports/dashboards for the team and stakeholders. Determine and suggest appropriate courses of action based on findings.

  • Assist with developing content to support the Salesforce Labs program, and drive thought leadership and demand.


  • 10+ years of experience in program management at a high tech company or similar

  • Team leader who can motivate and champion their team to drive excellence

  • Outstanding executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels in the organization

  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing, and ability to work well cross-functionally

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, a confident communicator with the ability to present complex issues and solutions in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical skills to drive insight and summary reports with the ability to use data to identify next steps to reach stated objectives

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus
