You’ll create pitch decks, sales materials, and infographics that make an impact, collaborating with agency pros and senior execs to bring their vision to life. Senior member of an expert services team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution promptly, on budget, and to a client's satisfaction. You will have a passion for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design visually compelling presentations that blend strategy with creativity

• Write and refine messaging to ensure presentations (pitches and RFPs) and sales materials are both visually and verbally engaging

• Develop on-brand, engaging visuals, including infographics, icons, and custom illustrations

• Partner with agency experts to craft sales pitches and customer proposals that stand out

• Elevate Oracle’s visual storytelling and messaging strategy with forward-thinking design and storytelling

• Maintain and evolve a top-tier presentation toolkit for the agency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, and copywriting

• Expert in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, typography, and color theory

• Ability to take complex concepts and make them visually engaging

• Experience designing for senior executives and high-stakes presentations

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for charts and data visualization

• A portfolio showcasing killer presentation design skills, infographic design, plus strong copywriting skills

• A passion for visual storytelling and a strategic mindset

• Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping a sharp eye on details

• Positive energy, a team-player attitude, and a knack for fast problem-solving

• Portfolio will be reviewed along with your resume

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
