Job Description
As a CMTS engineer in our team, you’ll be responsible and lead efforts in designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users. We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers. As a tech lead you will own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production. You will need to balance between feature development and production KPIs. As well as share your knowledge with other team members to foster collaboration and inclusion.

We are seeking hands-on Consulting Member of Technical Staff Engineers that share our passion and excitement of operating distributed systems at hyper scale using cloud native best practices. You will have part in the disruption of the health care industry and will help deliver better patient care.
As a CMTS engineer in our team, you’ll be responsible and lead efforts in designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users. As a tech lead you will own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production. You will need to balance between feature development and production KPIs. As well as share your knowledge with other team members to foster collaboration and inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent
10+ years of developing and shipping enterprise distributed and/or cloud native systems
Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural best practices
Demonstrated ability to write great code in Java, Python, or similar OO languages
Experience with web application development using microservices frameworks such as Helidon, Dropwizard, Spring, etc.
Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
Demonstrated ability to influence full system architecture
Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative and energetic environments
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $117,500 to $270,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $112,600 to $243,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $127,400 to $256,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Washington Pay Range: from $124,500 to $256,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
