About the role
As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and participating in continuous improvement objectives.
What you’ll do
Work with others to improve and develop Quality processes and procedures.
Aid in development and manage programs within Quality and Compliance such as Internal audits, risk management, CAPA, Deviation management.
Train non-quality personnel to grow the quality culture and approach of the company.
Interface, partner, and interact with both internal and external client’s functional areas and leadership teams.
Communicate quality and compliance initiatives and issues across the functional areas.
Report Compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings. Call out and notify the company and client management of quality and compliance issues.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

“CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Quality Consultant position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Quality Consultant position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.”
