Cleo Sr. Technical Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Sr. Technical Product Manager Remote - USA / Products – Product Management / Full-time Imagine building the right product for the perfect customer - to fit like a glove. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Cleo, you will lead the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for multiple product capabilities. Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customer’s complex technical problems and you’ll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions and enhance the entire suite of products. This skilled product management professional with a proven record of launching products from inception, excellent oral and written communications and has experience in the supply chain industry. Additionally, he/she must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a geographically distributed environment to shape, plan, coordinate, and build Cleo Integration Platform with the rest of the products team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: + Identify market opportunities and define product vision, strategy. + Drive roadmap based on extensive discovery and validation of customer needs, market trends and Cleo strategy + Run beta and early adopter programs with early-stage products and samples + Drive execution by engaging closely with Engineering and UX to help determine the best technical implementation as well as a reasonable implementation schedule + Understand markets, competition, user personas and customer requirements in depth + Collaborate with customer facing stakeholders to identify, monitor product goals and success metrics + Iterate quickly to launch new features and make data driven decisions to test their efficacy. + Communicate effectively to articulate the product's current state, investment areas to influence stakeholders and leadership + Responsible for internal sales, services and support training and enablement on Cleo products Requirements: + 7+ years of product management experience in B2B + Deep experience in Cloud and iPaaS is required + Technical background in building platform, microservices, APIs is a must + Exposure to supply chain business processes (O2C, P2P, etc.) is a bonus + Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills + Strong excel and pivoting skills + Managing a team is a plus + Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills + Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy + A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity + Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time + BE/BS in Computer Science or related field + Demonstrated history or project portfolio displaying shipped products/feature + Strong project management and organization skills + Maintain and manage product management tools Benefits: + Competitive base salary + Great Healthcare + Dental + Vision + 401k with company match + Opportunity to work on large, high impact projects + Ongoing training and development Cleo Communications, LLC is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
