Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and administration of employee total rewards programs, on both existing and new system platforms
Align compensation and recognition philosophy with company culture and strategy (base, incentives, perks) for all levels including executive compensation.
Measure compensation effectiveness and its cost impact, while ensuring alignment to our business and people strategies.
Flexibility to focus on current company priorities and adjust where needed
Accurate and timely completion of payroll processing tasks related to Total Rewards
Analysis of compensation programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's compensation practices
Support performance evaluations and other reward & recognition programs
Manage all aspects of HRIS compensation module including audit; assist in review, testing and implementation of system upgrades
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc
Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (i.e., payroll).
Expertise administering competitive and equitable compensation to attract and retain high performing people
Stays appraised of changing compliance needs and develops business processes that are sound and pertain to various federal, state, local regulations
Required Skills
Proven track record implementing and enhancing best-in-class Compensation Rewards & Recognition Programming within a complex corporate or consulting environment
Strong analytical, math and problem solving skills including Excel
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Strong customer service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Complete propriety in maintaining sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment; effective oral/written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Audit accuracy of human resources and payroll system data along with time & attendance system
Ensure appropriate level of supporting documentation to comply with all state/federal requirements.
Ability to think strategically, be part of a team, and have fun
A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) &/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) (Preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
5+ years of progressive compensation/rewards experience

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: 80,000- 100,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
