    Strategy Manager

    Manager position offers excellent growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals. They partner with clients to uncover key insights, reimagine business models, and define strategies that result in clear outcomes. Managers work with clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned, oversee research and investigation, and analyze client, competitor, and industry data. They apply knowledge of business principles and develop actionable recommendations.


    As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through diverse engagements, coaching and professional learning. You will be responsible for managing other engagement team members while applying core consulting skills across a variety of client issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively manage ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations, demonstrating strong analytical skills

  • Construct pragmatic approaches and frameworks to develop long-term business strategies

  • Utilize various data collection techniques, quantitative and qualitative analyses and synthesize data into meaningful and actionable insights

  • Define and evaluate customer and brand strategies reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers

  • Communicate effectively in a structured and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to stakeholders

  • Manage client relationships, provide thought leadership, and team with Partners to share responsibility for the success of engagements

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and lead client/market development


  • Strong academic performance with a bachelor's degree; an MBA or graduate degree is preferred

  • 6-10 years of consulting experience or equivalent work experience in corporate strategy, industry strategy, market research or quantitatively rigorous environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, and deliver against tight deadlines in dynamic environments

  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts both in writing and verbally

  • Strategic problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to develop professionally, including industry recognized professional certifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel as and when required to support engagements

  • Travel 25%-50%
