Actalent Superintendent in Boston, Massachusetts

This is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Construction company in the Massachusetts area!

Description:

  • Implement SOPs to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee and document day to day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.

  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to promote a collaborative and high performance environment.

  • Facilitate strong collaboration through communication with the Project Management team.

  • Identify and address challenges and collaborate for effective solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience as the lead superintendent on projects.

  • Use MS Projects and Procore is highly preferred
