Thermo Fisher Scientific Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Enablement in Boston, Massachusetts

In this role you will be part of a high performing, collaborative TA team and play a significant role in the development and implementation of exceptional candidate experiences and recruiting analysis to enable Thermo Fisher to hire the best talent in the industry. You will support initiatives related to managing and prioritizing multiple assignments and strengthening TA relationships with customers of all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, implementing and executing recruiting analyses that enable Group to meet business demands, leads to process improvements, and supports the leadership brand strategy.

  • Develop, implement, and document procedures for Talent Acquisition.

  • Manage project test efforts in the creation of plans to test business and functional processes during systems development and testing

  • Provide exceptional service through development of enhanced processes and issues resolution.

  • Interface with TA Leader and Shared Services regarding process changes and escalations.

  • Monitor Group onboarding process as it relates to ensuring candidates are moving successfully through the Workday business process. Management communication of the applicant tracking and Workday changes/updates to candidates and recruiters.

  • Work with TA leader to identify applicant sources and pipeline; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Participate in various recruiting activities as needed/directed by TA Leader.

  • Keep up-to-date on innovative industry recruitment and implement process improvements as appropriate.

  • Deliver operational processes that ensure seamless and consistent talent acquisition workflows, practices and procedures, while providing excellent candidate experience and compliance.

  • Ability to consult around operational talent acquisition processes, impact, and viable solutions to barriers that may exist.

  • Develop, project-manage and execute process improvement, organizational harmonization initiatives and special projects.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft suite of products including demonstrated intermediate Excel skills evidenced at minimum by experience with working with large data sets and common excel functions

  • 1+ year of supervisory and/or lead role experience

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies (Kenexa, Phenom, Workday, etc.)

  • Experience using the ServiceNow Case Management platform for issue resolution
