Wayfair Supplier Experience Manager, Global Returns & Incidents in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Onsite Boston, MA (Monday - Thursday)</strong></p>

<p>The Global Returns and Incidents team is looking for an analytical, strategically-minded manager to drive strategic initiatives to address hundreds of millions of dollars of profit opportunity in the Returns and Incidents space. This team is focused on improving the Wayfair customer and supplier experience while simultaneously reducing post order cost exposure, in the form of incident &amp; return management. We are experts in incident and return data. We execute on a number of centralized operational strategies in the areas of policies, processes, new programs, and supplier engagement.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Global Returns &amp; Incidents team is part of the broader Supply Chain Operations organization. Our mission is to create fair, easy, and predictable policies for our suppliers that incentivize reductions in post order issues for customers. In doing so, we design, execute, and measure policies and experiences in the post-order space to ensure we are continuously improving. Our overall mission: Reduce the cost of resolving post-order issues for Wayfair while maximizing supplier happiness.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Relentlessly focus on Wayfair's Operations to help build and drive data strategy to align with business objectives and growth projections</li>

<li>Build out key program success metrics and reporting tools to drive a better supplier experience</li>

<li>Lead strategic analyses and communicate results to a senior audience</li>

<li>Help identify and manage new initiatives related to Wayfair's returns and incidents</li>

<li>Operate as an end-to-end owner as we build out new initiatives in partnership with many other cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Supplier Account Management and Strategic Finance)</li>

<li>Build strong partnerships and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enable consistency in programs with peers.</li>

<li>Build, operationalize, and iterate on key performance metrics and dashboards to communicate insights from analyses to stakeholders and leaders</li>

<li>Build and implement 3-6 month road maps, driving results against team KPIs and OKRs</li>

<li>Identify opportunities through a combination of data driven analysis and observations</li>

<li>Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiencies for the team and simplify the day-to-day operations</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional, non-internship experience required</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li>

<li>Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)</li>

<li>Experience working in a matrix environment and managing cross-functional projects, require</li>

<li>Strong skills in verbal and written communications, presenting to all levels of management and structured problem solving</li>

<li>An interest in technology and complex systems</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:</strong></p>

<p>All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.</p>
