Job Description: Supply Chain Analyst (AmClienton Robotics Spares)

As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:

• Managing sales orders for multiple sites via Oracle EBS

• Managing product lifecycle for multiple parts and communicating status to customers via Agile PLM

• Partnering with procurement , finance, metering center teams for supply demand readiness

• Communicating sales order status to stakeholders using internal data

• Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues and escalations

• Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference

• Troubleshooting system deficiencies

• Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline

Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills

Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel

Analyst work background, or focus in higher education

Preferred Qualifications:

Conceptual understanding of Agile PLM, Oracle EBS

Experience in Hardware spares/ commodities.
