Broadridge Financial Solutions Support Analyst (Hybrid - Flexible Options) in Boston, Massachusetts

Broadridge is growing, and we are excited to be expanding! We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Accounting, Revenue, and Expense Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ongoing application support to our clients utilizing your client service, application knowledge, and problem-solving skills. As the first point of contact for clients, you will work to build and maintain client relationships while continually working to increase client satisfaction by acting as a liaison with our different departments. We are seeking someone who is excited to grow and learn. This role prepares members of the team for the multiple career tracks within Broadridge.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely.


  • Ensure an excellent client experience by providing proactive, ti,mely and efficient communication regarding the impact, st,atus and next steps of issues being researched.

  • Build and maintain client relationships and maintain superior levels of client satisfaction.

  • Conduct analysis, testing, and tracking of client issues in our proprietary software such as: general ledger, invoice, data feeds, SQL script delivery, calculation records, and accruals.

  • Define, present, and implement solutions in the form of business process changes and/or business requirements with assistance from other teams and peers.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments in facilitating issue resolution and/or software delivery.

  • Work with Relationship Managers to advocate for client specific product requests and/or changes.

  • Manage multiple clients and inquiries in a dynamic environment.

  • Maintain and document an understanding of clients' business and processes to better assess areas of improvement or opportunities for additional application training.


  • 0-3 years of professional work experience with a BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field.

  • Accounting, finance, client service, and/or information systems background preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, peers, management, and clients.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.

  • Ability to problem solve and work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a drive to continue learning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • SQL experience is a plus not but required.
