Pay range: $115,297 - $244,889
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective :
Develops and services C&I relationships. Actively participates in business development activities to assist in the growth of the bank, including outside calling, and referral to other lines of business. Manages portfolio of existing Commercial Customers with revenues between $10MM and $100MM+ and borrowing needs of $3.0MM or more. The portfolio size is likely to be dominated by large complex customers who may have unique and/or challenging banking needs.
Key Accountabilities :
Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service and has demonstrated success in retaining and expanding existing relationships. Serves as a trusted advisor to customers.
Customer Needs and Cross Sell: Identifies and understands customer needs. Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of banking products and services. Makes proactive recommendations and cross sells bank products. Has well-established relationship with all banking partners. Can effectively tailor unique solutions to meet complex customer needs
New Business Development: Demonstrated consistent success in developing new business. Has established and well-developed Centers of Influence.
Credit/Analytic Skills: Has superior analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess financial performance and identify risk/mitigants on even the most complex deals or deals requiring specialized industry knowledge. Establishes a strong working relationship with Credit Partners to ensure ongoing credit quality of portfolio. Has proven ability to adhere to sound risk management/pricing practices as well as to all internal and external credit/regulatory requirements.
Deal Structuring/Negotiation: Consistently demonstrates ability to structure large, complex secured/unsecured deals. Has proven well-established negotiating skills and ability to recommend covenants structure/thresholds for all deals Able to review loan documentation and close loans with terms and conditions consistent with approvals.
Portfolio Management: Has good working relationship with Commercial Loan Administrators and Credit Partners to ensure proper management of portfolio including financial reporting, exception resolution, annual reviews and file memos.
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
Education:
- BS Degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or equivalent financial experience
Experience:
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking and/or related experience

Able to effectively present to senior levels of the organization
