Opportunity Overview
Rhythm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the new year! As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our hiring efforts, driving the recruitment process for key positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and leadership to ensure we attract, select, and onboard the best talent. Your strategic approach and excellent interpersonal skills will contribute to a seamless and positive candidate experience, supporting our goal of building a high-performing and innovative team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, supporting Rhythm’s continuous growth, ensuring the successful identification and acquisition of top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and business leaders through transparent communication, process development, and meaningful data points.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, including online platforms, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness.
Utilize technology effectively to enhance the recruitment and onboarding experience.
Integrate the EVP into all touchpoints in the candidate journey to raise brand awareness and improve the quality of candidates.
Serve as an ambassador for Rhythm’s mission, culture, and values.
Track and review talent pipelines, closely collaborating with stakeholders on strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong record of success.
In-depth knowledge of the Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences recruiting landscape, with at least 3 years of industry experience.
Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with JazzHR is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating, influencing, and building trust at all organizational levels. Adept at fostering relationships across functions, cultures, and geographies with a warm and approachable style.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and achieve results, even under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and follow-up skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Rhythm operates in a hybrid work environment. This role is based out of our corporate office in Boston, Massachusetts. Candidates applying must be willing and able to be in the Boston office in coordination with their department and business needs.
