We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Advisor based in Boston, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be joining a boutique Wealth Management firm and will play a critical role in managing comprehensive preparation of tax returns for high-value individual, fiduciary, and foundation tax clients. The role involves handling confidential information and regular client interactions in a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the comprehensive preparation of tax returns for high-value individual, fiduciary, and foundation tax clients

• Handle confidential information and regularly interact with clients

• Prepare complex tax returns and review peers' work for accuracy

• Prepare Foundation 990-PF returns and manage quarterly estimated tax payments for assigned accounts

• Consult with clients on financial and tax strategies

• Collaborate to identify taxable events with possible legal implications and work on department-wide initiatives

• Identify tax planning opportunities by working with other teams within the office

• Utilize various software applications for tax processes and collaborate with our Tax Team, Business Analysts, and Application Developers to ensure efficient workflow and the best use of technology

• Demonstrate skills in Tax Forms, Trust tax, and Trust Tax Returns
