Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Execute and implement numerous technical initiatives with various stakeholders including Engineering, Process, and Vendor.

2. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

3. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

4. Drive technical design discussions to develop solutions for a Cloud-based data platform.

5. Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.

6. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.

7. Track and analyze key operational data metrics to understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.

8. Work with cross-functional partners and vendors to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.

9. Collaborate with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Meta's global outsourcing base.

10. Develop project schedules based on product requirements, technical challenges, and business needs.

11. Influence roadmaps and long-term strategy of the cross functional teams.

12. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify potential setbacks.

13. Manage cross-functional programs covering a range of products across all lines of the business.

14. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

15. Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

16. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 24 months in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

18. 1. Technology program management focused on software experience in working on development infrastructure and tools
19. 2. Software development processes and best practices
20. 3. Project and issue tracking systems
21. 4. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
22. 5. User access profiling, requirements gathering, and defining engineering scope
23. 6. Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
24. 7. Fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partners, and
25. 8. Cloud (eg. AWS, Google Cloud)and data analytics technologies

Public Compensation:

$149,732/year to $165,440/year + bonus + equity + benefits
