ManpowerGroup Technical Support Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading institution in the field of education, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of the Education department supporting the Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Pay Range: $40/hr

What’s the Job?

  1. Provide comprehensive desktop, applications, and mobile device support, both on-campus and remotely.

  2. Manage printer support, technical training, and knowledge management initiatives.

  3. Participate in project implementations and security administration tasks.

  4. Deliver high-level, white-glove support to VIP customers.

  5. Collaborate with teams and projects to ensure successful outcomes.

What’s Needed?

  1. BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

  2. At least 2-3 years of experience with Mac and Microsoft operating systems and hardware in a computer support setting.

  3. Proven ability to master new software applications and technologies.

  4. Excellent customer service skills, versatility, and strong organizational abilities.

  5. Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users, both orally and in writing.
